This work package ensures the smooth implementation of the project through coordination, quality assessment, budget monitoring, time management, and continuous evaluation. Outputs from all work packages will be assessed for quality, relevance, accessibility, usability, and contribution to the project’s objectives.

This WP lays the foundation for the MARMOT platform by collecting community needs, reviewing best practices in citizen science and community-based monitoring, and selecting materials for environmental monitoring, impact assessment, grievance mechanisms, and conflict management.

This is the core development phase of MARMOT. It turns the materials selected in WP2 into a digital learning environment, including a web interface, an app, three toolkits, and a train-the-trainers course for project partners.

This WP tests the beta version of the MARMOT platform in five pilot contexts. Citizens and civil society organisations will use the platform and provide feedback on its content, accessibility, usability, and usefulness for community-based initiatives.

This WP promotes MARMOT, its platform, and its results to local, national, and international stakeholders. It also supports the creation of a community of practice and defines how the project’s outcomes will remain useful after the funding period.
